Based in Saskatchewan, Milligan Training is a professional horse training operation with a strong connection to the Arabian horse community. Led by Erica Milligan, the program works with horses across an impressive range of disciplines, including Western, Hunter, Show Hack, Country and English Pleasure, Park, Native Costume, Driving, Side Saddle and Halter.
